We are an Organization Development firm that directly impacts the bottom line by partnering with clients to develop a Fully Engaged Workplace.

We started People-People as a way to fulfill our passion to help companies capitalize on the talents within their diverse workforces. Our desire is to help organizations see the potential within each employee and use it to increase the organization’s success.

Michelle is an Organization Development Consultant (Ph.D., Organizational Psychology, Rice University, 1989) focusing on diversity and other employee development and retention issues. Michelle’s past work experience includes Director of Strategic Initiatives and Change Management Consultant for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and Managing Principal for Aon’s Human Resources Consulting group.
Wayne L. Dorris, Ph.D.    Senior Consultant    contact
Wayne brings 20+ years of commitment and involvement in social and organizational change to his affiliation with People-People. His consulting activities have focused in areas of personal change, organizational change, and system-wide learning. He has worked with core practices as The Seven Habits of Highly-Effective People and The Fifth Discipline theories and is skillful in diversity management as well. He has worked as both an internal and external consultant for Shell, M.D. Anderson Hospital, and Pennzoil-Quaker State Company.
